To ensure that your complaint regarding the quality of seeds is properly accepted and processed by the administration of the GanjaSeeds e-shop, you should follow the established steps:

  • Please file a single claim for an item. If you have ordered cannabis seeds of several strains and have complaints about all of them, you will need to fill out a separate form for each strain.
  • Be sure to attach a photo of the branded package that contained the problematic seeds.
  • Please take a picture and attach a photo of the seeds that did not manage to germinate. We need to see the result.
  • Provide a photo report of the evidence at all stages of the germination procedure. The seed bank needs to be sure that you have performed the germination properly, without violating the methodology and approaches of the process.

Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4 are mandatory for compliance. No claim will be taken into consideration by the e-shop and will not be accepted by the manufacturer without their submission. Please note, descriptiveness, supported by facts and evidence, increases the chances of mutual understanding and successful resolution of the issue.
