GanjaSeeds is an official representative of the world's most renowned seed banks. We guarantee our customers the quality, authenticity and high percentage of germination of seeds, provided that the standard rules of germination have been followed. In specific cases, we are committed to replacing ungerminated cannabis seeds, as we believe that even an inexperienced gardener should have the opportunity to grow a quality crop and appreciate the beauty of creating life in a growbox – a tiny homemade oasis. This means that if you followed the proper germination procedure but the seeds did not sprout, we will send you new seeds.
Proper germination procedure is recognized as:
- Germination in wet cotton pads (paper towel) in a specific container or ziploc in a dark place at room temperature,
- Planting seeds with emerged root in moist soil, peat pellets or coco coir at a depth of no more than 0.4-0.5 cm and neutral pH of 5.6-6.7.
We will comply with our seed replacement commitments
If the photos do not show any of the errors listed below:
- rotting of seeds due to overwatering,
- the use of hydrogen peroxide,
- mechanical cutting of root offshoots during transplantation.
Our commitments
Store in a dark place at a temperature of 4-6°C and a relative humidity of not more than 30%.
The original packaging proves the authenticity and quality of the seeds.
We do not ship cannabis seeds with broken shells, cracks, or defects.
Statistics show that 9 out of 10 seeds or more than 90% in a batch or package will germinate. Each batch goes through a series of tests before sale.
Replacement of seeds
Cannabis seeds are a living material highly susceptible to a variety of factors. If a part of the genetic material does not show any signs of life, the administration of the e-shop may send you other seeds after checking the letter.
Claims against GanjaSeeds. Regardless of the 99% germination rate of our seeds, a policy has been established to compensate for the 1% of seeds that fail to germinate. All you need to do is to reach out to the support team and provide them with your order number. If you have followed the correct technique, we may also ask for a detailed photo report to help us determine exactly what the problem was. If the problem exceptionally relates to the GanjaSeeds standard for seeds, we will send out new ones.
